The style is clean, refined, and pleasantly light to drink, without excessive weight. It’s especially suited as a reward glass on quiet evenings or when tasting new malts. Excellent with a cigar or with sweet snacks, and also with light dishes. Serve slightly chilled or at cellar temperature; it’s also excellent in a highball with mineral water.
