Appearance: The color is golden yellow with deeper intensity, mainly thanks to a higher proportion of Pinot Noir and longer aging on the lees. Pearly, fine perlage with high viscosity.

Aroma: The nose reveals brioche, butter-caramel, black cherry, and dried apricot intertwined with citrus freshness and pistachio. With a nice breath of air, notes of baked apple, lemon peel, and mineral stone develop.

Taste: Extremely dry, robust, medium-bodied with very fine bubbles. The palate is dominated by a fruity profile of baked pear, baked apple, and lemon peel, with a pistachio texture and a sense of robustness without bitterness. The acidity is high and lively, tannins are not felt.

Finish: The finish is very long, clean, and mineral-driven: accents of chalky salt, grassy freshness, and traces of citrus peel. The finish is elegant, refined, and very boldly structured.
