Appearance: Rich golden-amber color with coppery reflections. The texture is crystal-clear and smooth, with quiet, slowly gliding tears.
Aroma: An exceptional harmony: candied fruit (apricots, pears, plums, orange peel), a mix of baked caramel and roasted almonds, a touch of spices (saffron, cinnamon), a hint of leather and a gentle smoky note.
Palate: Silky at the start, then layered development of caramel richness, fruit liqueurs (apricot, fig), bergamot and black truffle. The oak is discreet; spices (Timut pepper) support the rancio character of the blend.
Finish: Exceptionally long and complex in its development. It ends with traces of cigars, sandalwood, smoky wood, a spicy undertone, and subtle freshness with a citrus aftertaste.
