Palate: A full and well-balanced flavor with pronounced sweetness of caramel and vanilla, with woody and spicy undertones; the finish is smooth and long.
Finish: Rum Santa Teresa 1796 (Solera process) is an excellent choice to enjoy with ice or with mineral water; in 2007, it was awarded at the Cane Spirits Festival as the best rum in the 15+ years category.
