Appearance: Light golden color with a sparkling glow.
Aroma: At first, winey, reminiscent of a well-stocked cocktail cabinet. Then follows a light aroma of biscuit, followed by fruity notes of fresh plums and kiwi. With the addition of water, the aroma becomes more ester-like, with a hint of fruit salad, including oranges, apples, plums, and pears. A slight aroma of coconut milk and sweet tobacco is also noticeable.
Taste: Sweet, with well-balanced primary flavors and a pleasant acidity. With the addition of water, a very faint hint of smoke appears.
Finish: Dry, with slight chocolate notes and a light sweet aftertaste.
