Appearance: Warm amber with golden and copper highlights.
Nose: Rich and layered with peat smoke, apricots, raisins, orange marmalade, baked apples, roasted nuts, honey, herbs and subtle coastal minerality.
Palate: Full-bodied and oily. Sweet dates, honey, dark chocolate and dried fruits merge beautifully with peat smoke, cinnamon, star anise, liquorice and toasted oak.
Finish: Exceptionally long, warming and complex with lingering smoked wood, tobacco, bonfire embers, peat oils and citrus zest.
