Aroma: The initial aroma is dominated by fruity notes of fresh peach, yeasty notes, and a floral note of chamomile, followed by a citrus note of orange peel. The secondary aroma reveals a gentle note of meadow honey, creating a rich complexity of fragrance.
Taste: The wine is dry, partly warm and partly soft, with fine freshness and medium body. The aftertaste reveals a fruity note of nectarine.
Finish: The sparkling wine matures on the lees in the bottle for at least 12 months, which gives it a special complexity and richness of flavors. With its elegant color, fruity and floral notes, and freshness, it represents an exceptional wine experience.
