Sparkling wine Rose Tomac is produced from the Pinot Noir variety using the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. The Tomac winery is known for its biodynamic and organic approach and fermentation on its own yeasts. The wine impresses with its freshness, lively acidity, and fruity notes. Frano Milina Bire is the only winemaker who has organically grown vineyards of this grape.

Appearance: Light ruby-pink color, clear. Lots of effervescence with a velvety bubble texture.

Aroma: Aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, a hint of earthy, enchanting notes and a slight perception of autolysis.

Taste: Very dry (Brut), lively acidity, fresh and distinctly fruity taste: raspberry jam, grapefruit, lemon, with earthy and fruity tones. The sensation is juicy, yet structured.

Finish: The aftertaste is fresh, fruity-refreshing, marked by a slight perception of citrus and a mineral imprint. The bubbles retain their texture and elegance until the last sip.
