Appearance: Medium deep ruby red color, clear with a moderate woody hue due to barrel aging. No information on viscosity.

Aroma: Aromas of dark forest berries (cherry, blackberry), a hint of humus, forest floor, mild spices, cedar, and slight smokiness.
