Taste: On the palate, the wine is dry, the texture is softer, pleasant, with ripe and soft tannins. It is a medium-bodied wine with moderate acidity. The flavors are nicely matured and balanced and persist.

Conclusion: Malolactic fermentation completed. After the first racking, the wine matured for 12 months in used barrique barrels.
