Appearance: The wine is scarlet red with a ruby hue, crystal clear.
Aroma: Intense and very fine aroma of black berries, especially blueberries and blackcurrants, with notes of cherry jam, hay, forest undergrowth, and delicate hints of white pepper and cloves.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is beautifully balanced, with the right proportion of alcohol, softness, acidity, tannins, and minerals. Despite the slightly higher alcohol content, it is well integrated and not overly pronounced. The wine is full-bodied, elegant, intensely flavored, and very persistent.
Conclusion: We recommend it with various types of red meat, such as beef (steak, tagliata, fiorentina) and game, as well as with slightly more mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 14-16 °C.
