Taste: On the palate, the wine is harmonious, fresh, youthful, and pleasantly salty (mineral). Fruity notes prevail, from mulberries and vineyard peaches to citrus, all rounded off with pleasant acidity and a moderate alcohol level.
Conclusion: Rebula Kristalvin is an ideal aperitif wine that pairs excellently with snacks based on cottage cheese and young cheese, such as mozzarella with tomato and basil, raw oysters, sashimi, and vegetable sushi.
