Appearance: The wine has a deep golden yellow color with an oily texture.

Aroma: A pronounced and vibrant bouquet reminiscent of ripe peach, linden blossoms, pineapple, and then moving into notes of ripe raisins and dried fruit.

Taste: Thanks to the abundance of sugar, fermentation stops well before the end, allowing the remaining unfermented sugar to be beautifully captured with high and mature acids. In the mouth, a full body develops along with a rich and complex flavor that lingers for a long time.

Finish: The wine pairs excellently with desserts such as apple pie or fruit ice cream, and offers a unique experience in combination with goose liver pâté if you’re bold enough.
