Taste: On the palate, the wine is dry, with a fuller body and a high level of ripe acidity. A pleasant smoky note and an abundance of flavor can be sensed, stemming from the full ripeness of the grapes and gentle aging in wood.
Finish: The wine is mature, compact, and elegant. It has a very long finish, where the flavor slowly fades in a pleasant decrescendo.
