Appearance: The wine is a sparkling yellow color with straw-greenish hues.
Aroma: The bouquet is convincingly vinous and reminds us of a fragrant blooming meadow, ripe white peaches, citrus fruits, herbs, baked apples with cinnamon and vanilla.
Taste: A richness of warm tones, fruit compotes, especially quince, as well as minerality and a tingling harmony between alcohol and acidity.
Finish: The aftertaste is long and clean, with a stamp of ripe fruit. The ideal serving temperature is 10 to 12 °C.
