Wines of the eXtrem line are produced exclusively from the best locations and in the best vintages. The grapes are harvested later, when they are already partially dried, which ensures exceptional concentration of flavor. Spontaneous fermentation and at least two months of maceration emphasize the complexity of the wine. Aging in barrique barrels lasts at least seven years, which contributes to the rich character. The wine is the result of carefully selected varieties that stand out the most in terms of quality in each vintage.
