Aroma: The bouquet is complex with a predominant note of spring flowers and herbs such as thyme, celery leaves, fennel, green pepper, and caper. Citrus fruits like lime, tangerine, and grapefruit are also detected, as well as evidence of long aging in wooden barrels, such as vanilla and bread crust.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is elegant, harmonious, fresh, distinctly mineral, slightly spicy, and exceptionally multi-layered. The aftertaste includes aromas of compotes, lemon peel, and baked apples.
Finish: The long finish in the mouth evokes the freshness of an evening breeze on warm summer days. The wine pairs excellently with refined vegetable dishes, fish carpaccio, stuffed pasta, and seafood delicacies.
