Appearance
Golden-yellow color with elegant copper reflections and exceptionally fine, creamy mousse. The bubbles are subtle, persistent, and very refined.

Aroma
An exceptionally complex, deep, and elegant aromatic profile with notes of lemon peel, yellow apple, quince, and white peach, complemented by aromas of brioche, bread crust, dried flowers, roasted nuts, chalk, and wet stone.

There is also a subtle smoky and slightly oxidative note, reminiscent of the most distinctive interpretations of grower Champagne. The aroma feels highly fine, layered, and distinctly terroir-driven.

Palate
A dry, taut, and exceptionally precise sparkling wine with lively acidity and a very fine, creamy texture of the bubbles.

Notes of citrus, lemon peel, yellow apple, brioche, bread crust, herbs, subtle salinity, and pronounced minerality are present. The wine combines energy, creaminess, and terroir complexity in a very elegant and gastronomic whole.

Planet »A« comes across as significantly more refined and Champagne-oriented than most natural sparkling wines, while still retaining the authentic character of Plešivica.

Finish
A very long, mineral, and slightly saline finish with persistent notes of citrus, chalk, brioche, dried herbs, and wet stone. The finish remains exceptionally clean, energetic, and refined.
