Aroma: The bouquet is delicate and quite mature, with notes of bread crust, brioche, and subtle floral and fruity tones characteristic of the Pinela variety.
Taste: Very dry wine with high acidity and a lighter body. The taste is clear and pure, with more freshness and youthfulness than the bouquet suggests – lemon, lime. A hint of bitterness does not overpower the very good sensation when drinking this aperitif sparkling wine.
Finish: Pleasant and harmonious aftertaste that emphasizes the freshness and fruitiness of the wine.
