Aroma: Very complex and refined aromatics with notes of ripe apples, brioche, buttery biscuits, and citrus peel. There are also developed secondary aromas of yeast and subtle roasted tones, characteristic of prolonged aging on the lees (more than 5 years).
Taste: Dry sparkling wine (brut nature), with pronounced freshness and mineral character. The taste is rich, creamy, with notes of hazelnut, white fruit, and subtle oxidation that adds complexity. The bubbles are extremely fine and silky.
Finish: Very long and elegant finish with a note of lemon peel, walnuts, and a slight salinity. The wine maintains vibrancy despite its maturity and seriousness.
