Aroma: With the nose, a variety unfolds—first fruity and sweet notes of dried fruit (apricot, raisin), then roasted, earthy spice character, a slight hint of dark chocolate or coffee, and a subtle touch of rye bread and warm wood.

Taste: In the mouth, rye bread with citrus marmalade unfolds, along with a hint of blueberries, vanilla, black pepper, and dark chocolate; there is a noticeable balance of sweetness and spicy sharpness. Fruity, nutty, and rice-bread-like notes intertwine with a caramel and oak background.

Finish: Medium to long, with a pleasant lingering spice note—pepper, cloves, a tart rye-wood character, and a slight sugary warmth. The aromatic complexity remains, with a gentle dryness and subtle oak tannins.
