Appearance
Light golden-yellow color with greenish reflections and exceptional brilliance.
Nose
The aromatics are intense, precise, and distinctly mineral.
At the forefront, notes of lemon, lime, white peach, pear, and green apple intertwine. The aromatics are complemented by acacia, white flowers, and pronounced nuances of chalk, wet stone, and sea freshness.
With aeration, subtle notes of almonds, citrus peel, and white pepper emerge.
The nose feels complex, elegant, and highly terroir-driven.
Palate
A dry white wine of medium body with exceptional tension and a mineral structure.
On the palate, notes of citrus, lime, green apple, and white peach prevail. Lively acidity creates energy and freshness, while the mineral backbone gives the wine depth and remarkable precision.
The texture is silky and harmonious, and the wine impresses with its balance between fruitiness, minerality, and elegance.
This is a Chablis with more concentration and complexity than is usually found in the basic appellation.
Finish
A long, clean, and distinctly mineral finish with notes of citrus, chalk, almonds, and subtle salinity.
The finish remains elegant, energetic, and exceptionally persistent.
