Appearance: Light yellow-straw color, clear and adaptable appearance, without visible sediment or cloudiness. The appearance gives an impression of freshness and elegance.
Aroma: Primary aromas of crisp white fruit – apple, peach, white fruit; also citrus notes. Secondary and mineral notes: characteristic Chablis minerality (flint, stone), a “chalky / flinty” sensation and a salty trace.
Taste: Dry wine, the acidity is fresh and somewhat creamy due to partial oak fermentation and malolactic fermentation. The texture is relatively smooth; medium body. Fruit profile – white fruits (peach, apple), citrus –, mineral components provide structure and terroir.
Finish: The finish is clean, mineral, and slightly salty. The aftertaste is medium-long; freshness and purity remain even after the sip.
