Unplugged Chardonnay is a “holistic” expression of terroir and authentic nature – full, yet mineral with elegance, as if singing an “acoustic” ballad about Burgenland. The wine is produced without oenological additives or filtration, with hand harvesting and spontaneous fermentation. Aging takes place in used barriques and stainless steel, which gives it complexity and harmony. Ideal for seafood dishes or as a standalone experience.
