Appearance: Dark blue–black color with violet reflections, clear, medium to full body.
Aroma: Complex and progressive nose: creme de cassis, blueberries, black pepper, menthol, camphor, delicate floral notes (violet) and hints of rosewood and chocolate.
Taste: Medium to full body with ripe fruitiness, good tannin structure, balanced acidity and texture – red currant, mocha, fresh pepper and graphite minerals.
Finish: Long-lasting, sophisticated finish. The tannins are robust yet silky, the aftertaste is clean, mineral and fruity-spicy. Good structure — drink now, peak between 2023 and 2038.
