Château Moulin Saint-Georges 2015 comes from the same prestigious location as the famous Ausone, but at a much more accessible price. The wine is an excellent choice for collectors and gourmets, as it offers a structured and terroir-driven interpretation of Saint-Émilion. The 2015 vintage stands out for its elegance, balance, and aging potential. We recommend it to lovers of complex Bordeaux wines.

Appearance: Medium to deep garnet-ruby color with a purple rim. Full body, crystal clear structure.

Aroma: Rich fruity expression: blackcurrant, blackberries, plum jam, fine notes of cedar, cigar box, forest floor, and black olives. A completely elegant, aromatically seductive blend of fruit, wood, and earth.

Taste: Medium to full body with concentrated fruitiness, bitter blackberry jam, spicy black pepper, a pinch of black tea, and dark chocolate. The tannins are coarsely grained, yet soft and polished, with lively acidity and a mineral backbone.

Finish: Long-lasting and harmonious finish – fruity, spicy, and mineral-tinged. Balanced with lively acidity and a silky structure, promising exceptional aging for more than 20 years. Recommended for decanting and enjoyment from 2023 to about 2043.
