Appearance: Ruby red color with traces of garnet, clear and medium-bodied.
Aroma: Elegant nose with ripe wild cherry fruit, dried red berries, spices, floral (violet), mineral notes, iron, leather, and almonds. A hint of floral pepper, acorn, and herbs is also noticeable in the impressions of Decanter and Splendence.
Taste: Medium body with lively yet fine acidity. Flavors of red berries, crushed stone, blood orange, and dark chocolate. The tannins are moderately firm, pleasantly spicy, and marked by minerality.
Finish: Long-lasting, elegant aftertaste with fruity, floral, and mineral notes. The firmness of the tannins allows aging until at least 2040, with optimal development between 2024–2040.
