Appearance: Deep ruby–garnet color with strong pigmentation, an opaque core, and purple / dark ruby reflections at the edge. The wine visually suggests structure and concentration.

Aroma: Intense yet elegant nose: pronounced dark fruit (blackberries, black cherries, blackcurrant), complemented by notes of wild berries, plums, and ripe red fruits. It continues with undertones of dry earth / chalky minerality, touches of vanilla, wood, and light spices (cloves, warm spices), and sometimes even a delicate citrus peel—while aeration brings complexity, where espresso, chocolate, and a faint graphite note also come through.

Palate: Full-bodied, with ripe yet finely polished tannins. The fruitiness is rich and layered, with dark fruit in the foreground (black cherries, blackberries, plums), supported by maturity and a slight mineral sharpness that gives a terroir-like character. The acidity is well balanced, preserving liveliness and freshness, and the oak is beautifully integrated—providing structure and depth rather than dominance. The texture is smooth, and the finish is full and pleasant.

Finish: Medium to long-lasting, with persistent dark fruit, a faint echo of chocolate / cocoa, a delicate mineral note, and a subtle spiced trail. The wine is already enjoyable after decanting, while also having the structure and balance to continue developing for at least another 10–15 years.
