Palate: The wine is dry, very warm, and soft, with pronounced freshness and very mineral character. It is well-balanced and full-bodied, with an intense, elegant, and very persistent finish.
Conclusion: The wine pairs excellently with many dishes, such as various pastas, white meat, and crayfish (if it’s okay, just write it out).
