The wine impresses with an exceptional harmony of aromas and flavors, where notes of lime, gooseberry, crushed stone, and mirabelle intertwine. There are also aromas of marzipan, chamomile, spices, and lemon confit, with a slight hint of French oak. The finish is long and elegant. The varietal composition is 56.1% Sémillon and 43.9% Sauvignon Blanc, with 40% of the wine maturing in new French oak barrels. Delivery is expected in spring 2027, with a minimum order of 6 bottles.
