Appearance
Deep ruby-violet color with intense ruby highlights and marked elegance.

Nose
An exceptionally complex and layered aromatic profile with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry, and pomegranate, complemented by aromas of violets, cedar, cigar box, earth, graphite, espresso, and subtle smoky tones.

Cabernet Franc gives the wine a pronounced aromatic tension and a slightly herbal note, while Sangiovese brings freshness and verticality.

Palate
A full-bodied, rich, and structured wine with an exceptionally fine tannin texture and elegant minerality.

There are notes of dark fruit, sour cherry, cassis, pomegranate, graphite, cedar, rosemary, and subtle spice tones. Despite its concentration, the wine remains very lively, precise, and elegant.

Haiku 2021 combines the power of the Super Tuscan style with pronounced Chianti freshness and terroir identity.

Finish
A very long, mineral, and complex finish with persistent notes of dark fruit, citrus peel, graphite, cedar, and subtle balsamic tones. The finish remains exceptionally elegant, energetic, and precise.

• spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks

• approximately 25 days of maceration
• malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels
• aging for approximately 12 months in French barrique barrels:
  • approximately 25–30 % new barrels
• emphasis on elegance, finesse, and terroir precision rather than excessive extraction
