Appearance: Brilliant straw-golden color with a slight silver tint; viscous, shiny, and clear texture, creating the impression of light elegance, yet with a noticeable density.
Aroma: Layered aroma of candied citrus (orange jam), apricots, tea blossoms and flowers (frangipani), orange peel, honey, saffron, rose flower, and spices (clove, cardamom, almond-like notes). The nose is elegant and refined.
Taste: Extremely rich and sweet, with residual sugars of approximately 165–172 g/L and acids around 6.2–6.6 g/L. Flavors of candied apricot, peach, grapefruit, lemon peel, passion fruit, honey, and ginger. The texture is silky, with a dense glycerol feel and mineral freshness. Acidity balances the sweetness, creating a harmonious sensation.
Finish: Long-lasting, dry-sweet finale with soft tannins, aromas of orange and spices, and a subtly mineral tone that develops into an almost “dry” bitter-lemon note. Exceptionally well balanced, with a potential for aging over 25 years—recommended drinking: 2021–2042, with the possibility of enjoying it until 2060.
