Aroma: Scents of red fruit: cherries, raspberries, wild berries, beautifully underlined with sweet spices, floral nuances, and a hint of dark chocolate and liquorice. In the background, subtle herbs and Mediterranean maquis.

Taste: Dry wine with a medium-full to full body, with pleasant, firm yet fresh tannins and balanced acidity (~5.78 g/l, pH ~3.37). On the palate it expresses heartfelt fruitiness—cherry, baked/roasted raspberry, a subtle earthy note and a spicy character. The texture is full, dense, and fresh, but not excessively heavy.

Finish: Long-lasting finish, with fruity and spicy after-notes, a fine mineral spirit, and an effective yet elegant memory on the aftertaste. The tannins are firm and nicely rounded, strengthening the wine’s harmony.
