The wine is made from hand-picked Nebbiolo grapes, which spontaneously ferment in concrete tanks for about 15 days at a temperature of 22 to 28 °C. After gentle pressing, the wine matures for more than two years in large Slavonian oak barrels. Careful production is characteristic, highlighting the varietal character and elegance of the wine.
