Appearance: The wine is amber salmon in color, characteristic of macerated Pinot Gris.

Aroma: The pronounced, intense, pure varietal character of Pinot Gris boasts ripe pears, almonds, wild berries, and other stone fruits, complemented by notes of nectarine and fruit caramels.

Taste: The taste is elegant, distinctly fruity, almost as if you could bite into it. The aftertaste is long and creamy, which is the result of several months of stirring fine lees in the wine according to the so-called sur lie method.

Conclusion: The wine is recommended to be tried with dishes featuring octopus or salmon.
