Appearance: Golden yellow color with delicate green reflections, clear and bright, medium-viscous wine, as evidenced by gentle tears on the glass.
Aroma: Primary aromas: citrus peel (lemon, grapefruit), tangerine, white-fleshed fruit (mango, apricot, pear), passion fruit. Secondary aromas: floral notes (captivating – elderflower, mallow, orange root blossom), white apples, honey. Tertiary aromas: spicy and botrytis notes – toffee, caramel cream, candied citrus, slight minerality and grassy undertones.
Taste: Dry white wine of medium to full body. Balanced sweetness of botrytis (residual sugar around 125 g/l) with lively acidity, which gives freshness and a long, vibrant aftertaste. The taste is rich, within layers of citrus, candied fruit, and mineral spiciness. The acidity correlates with a slight bitterness of citrus on the finish.
Finish: Long, mineral-sweet finishing note with a pleasant spicy bitterness, which gives an elegant, lasting aftertaste experience. The aftertaste is multi-layered citrus-sweet, and remains present long after consumption.
