Appearance
Light golden-yellow color with greenish and silvery highlights and lovely brilliance.

Nose
A very complex and layered aromatic profile with notes of lime, green apple, white peach, pear and yellow stone fruit, complemented by aromas of chalk, wet stone, herbs, biscuit and subtle smoky tones.

There is also a fine creaminess and a slight note of deliberate oxidation, which gives the wine additional depth and character.

Palate
A dry, tense and distinctly mineral wine with vibrant acidity and a very fine texture.

Notes of citrus, green and yellow apple, white peach, pear, chalk, a slight salinity and subtle herbal tones are present. The wine feels very energetic, precise and distinctly gastronomic.

Rockstar 2024 combines Riesling minerality, the breadth of Pinot Blanc and the aromatic liveliness of Sauvignon Blanc in an elegant and highly drinkable whole.

Finish
Long, mineral and slightly salty finish with persistent notes of citrus, chalk, white fruit and subtle smoky tones. The finish remains very clean, lively and elegant.

• spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts
• minimal intervention in the cellar
• aging for approximately 10 months on the lees in large older oak barrels (around 3000 l)
• emphasis on terroir expression, texture and energy of the wine
• the wine is not technologically styled or aggressively aromatized
