Appearance: Medium to dark ruby color with an intense glow. Medium to full-bodied; clear and well-saturated structure.
Aroma: Aromatically rich profile: ripe dark berries (cherries, blackberries, cassis), together with complex notes of chocolate, coffee, and spices, plus a subtle earthy undertone. An elegant, aromatic nose with hints of vanilla and coffee.
Palate: Dry, medium to full-bodied with fine, structured tannins. The fruitiness is concentrated; fresh acidity with a mineral-spiced emphasis. The flavor adds notes of black olive, spiced wood, and a saline minerality.
Finish: Long-lasting, balanced finish: the fruitiness rounds out into bittersweet spices, followed by a gradual development of mineral and coffee nuances. Recommended drinking between 2022 and 2025; the wine is also suitable through 2028.
