Appearance: The wine has a delicate copper color, which is the result of maceration of Pinot Gris grapes.
Aroma: On the nose, a pleasant delicate vanilla is expressed, which is the result of aging in wood, followed by primary fruity aromas, especially pear.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is dry, full-bodied, rich and complex, with an exceptionally long aftertaste. The tannins are nicely integrated and blend excellently with the acidity and alcohol.
Conclusion: Although Pinot Gris is usually a variety not suitable for aging, in this form it will impress for several years after harvest. We recommend it in combination with creamy risottos and pasta dishes.
