Aroma: Aromatic nose with very fresh notes of citrus—lime, grapefruit, makrut lime, passion fruit, guava—complemented by fresh herbs such as sage, basil, and green tea. Delicate mineral hint of roasted stone.
Taste: Dry, light to medium-bodied with pronounced acidity (~7 g/L) and an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. Flavors include passion fruit, white peach, guava, a slice of lime, and fresh herbs, with a mineral finish, slightly salty and refreshing.
Finish: The finish is clean, green-fruity mineral, refreshingly long. Recommended drinking period: 2022–2025 (or until 2026).
