Appearance: Light straw-green color with a pearly clear texture. Shiny, light structure, recognizable bright color typical of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
Aroma: Alertly aromatic nose of low density notes: green apple, gooseberry, guava, whitish peach blossom, lime peel, passion fruit, and herbs such as basil and sage. Elegant florality and mineral hints of stones (wet pebble).
Taste: Dry wine with very lively acidity (~7 g/L), alcohol 12.5% vol. On the palate, white peach, passion fruit and guava, black currant, lime, and fresh herbs. The finish is mineral and slightly saline, with long-lasting freshness.
Finish: Long-lasting, clean, and refreshing finish, where fruity notes transition into mineral-saline shades. Recommended drinking period: 2022–2025 (up to 2026).
