Appearance: The color is a deep reddish-golden shade with copper reflections. Still visibly medium-dense clarity; the wine structure is viscous and shiny.
Aroma: Intense and extremely complex nose with pronounced aromas of rose, red berries (berries), lavender, with a hint of honey, roasted apricot kernel, and a slight smoky tone. After some aeration, spices, dried rose, and a light graphite minerality appear.
Taste: Extremely sweet (residual sugar around 236 g/l), yet still exceptionally balanced TBA. On the palate, fruit sweetness dominates – currant berries, apricot, bitter orange – captured in a creamy texture with a fine tannic note that gives a uniquely sophisticated finish. Acidity of about 8.6 g/l provides structure and freshness.
Finish: Very long, minerally refreshing finish with preserved intensity of rosy tones, endless length, and a subtle bitter note of rose. Distinctly fresh and extremely elegant finish.
