Appearance: Bright copper-pink color with silver reflections and a wide rim. Very viscous, crystal clear and sparkling.
Aroma: A blend of intense floral notes (jasmine, rose, hibiscus), with a slight nutmeg spice in the background. Sweet fruit—vine peach—combines with a fine apricot gleam, honeyed notes, and a mineral finish. The aroma is layered and extremely inviting.
Taste: Extremely sweet (approximately 261 g/L residual sugar), balanced by high acidity (approximately 7.8 g/L), which provides structure and liveliness. Fruit dominates on the palate (peach, apricot), the richness sweetens, with a mineral touch and a gentle spice. The texture is full, creamy, and exceptionally refined.
Finish: Very long and elegant finish, with emphasis on mineral salt, delicate fruit skin, and apricot sweetness. The finish is fresh, structured, and lingers in the glass long after the sip.
