Appearance: The wine comes from vines older than 50 years growing on calcareous sandy loam.
Aroma: After 12 days of maceration and 24 months of aging in large oak barrels, followed by an additional 5 months in the bottle, the wine offers exotic fruit flavors and spices. On the nose, candied grapefruit peel, gooseberries, yellow plums, and juicy peaches are expressed.
Palate: In the mouth, the wine is cool, full-bodied, and elegant, with a fine acidity and plenty of spice in the finish.
Finish: The entire wine experience is reflected in a harmonious combination of fruit notes, spices, and freshness, inviting every sip.
