Appearance: Delicate lemon color.
Aroma: The bouquet is moderately pronounced, fruity, youthful. We detect ripe apples, pears, lemon, and a touch of hay. Diverse, inviting.
Taste: Dry wine with higher acidity, oily texture, and medium body. The character in the mouth is at least as diverse as the bouquet promised.
Conclusion: A very good Yellow Plavec that would fool even great tasting masters and even local winemakers in a blind tasting. It seems that winemakers have not said the last word with this variety yet.
