Aroma: Complex aromatics with distinct notes of bitter orange, white flowers, honey, and herbal tones. There are also aromas of candied lemon peel and balsamic freshness.
Taste: The wine is gently sweet with refreshing acidity and a noticeable bitterness. Citrus flavors (grapefruit, lemon) take the lead, supported by delicate honey, orange blossom, and a clearly perceptible quinine finish, which gives the character of both vermouth and tonic at once.
Finish: Very balanced and elegant aftertaste with a long herbal-citrus hint. An ideal base for cocktails, but also wonderful on its own with a cube of ice.
