View: Bright golden-amber color with natural clarity and pronounced viscosity. After swirling in the glass, slow and long tears form beautifully.
Aroma: Very fresh and complex. Intense notes of lemon peel, green apples, hay, white flowers, and a slight hint of mint. A subtle note of sugar wafer and almonds is present, with a distinct mineral background.
Taste: In the mouth, the whiskey is extremely concentrated and lively. Limoncello and candied orange peel prevail, together with notes of pears, marzipan, and honey. Triple distillation is expressed in a silky texture and exceptional balance. The alcohol strength is powerful, yet integrated.
Finish: A very long and elegant finish. Citrus notes flow into a pleasantly herbal bitterness, with mineral and floral tones. A sense of cleanliness and refined power remains, without any harshness.
