Gordia is a small wine-growing farm located in the village of Kolomban above Ankaran. We cultivate 5 hectares of terraced vineyards, which have been organically certified since 2011. Annual production is around 25,000 bottles. The farm lies at an altitude of 125 m, on soil that is mostly marl. Andrej Cep is the first generation of winegrowers on the farm. The wines are made through spontaneous fermentation, without the use of fining agents or clarifiers, with a small addition of sulfur at bottling — some, however, with none at all.
