Wines that carry passion and energy within them
Producing natural wines requires passion, understanding, patience, knowledge and work.
With the help of natural preparations and macerations lasting up to 8 months, we achieve exceptional results.
On 5 hectares of vineyards, we produce up to 30,000 bottles a year. For fresh wines we use stainless steel tanks, while for longer aging we use wooden barrels. Our wines mature in an underground wine cellar.
Although many think that such wines are merely a trend, the truth is that natural winemaking methods are thousands of years old. This method of production is based on the long-standing experience, successes and mistakes of our ancestors, who farmed in harmony with nature. Because we want original, authentic wines that reflect our terroir, we produce them with minimal intervention and additives, without filtration. The wines are made with love and respect for nature, and we adapt our cellar work to the processes of nature, outside temperatures and the rhythms of the moon.
This natural process follows the principles of biodynamic farming. It is a nature-in-harmony approach to farming, using Keltis biodynamic preparations. This is also our guiding principle, our way of thinking and living. We maintain vitality in the vineyards with animal compost, provided by our own cattle. For this, we value and are grateful to them.
Cattle help us preserve the cultural landscape of our estate.
