Appearance
Bright golden-yellow color with greenish reflections and crystal clarity.
Nose
Extremely complex, elegant, and mineral aromatic profile with notes of lemon peel, lime, green apple, white peach, and pear, complemented by aromas of wet stone, chalk, smoky tones, white flowers, hazelnut, and subtle brioche.
The nose feels very Burgundian, precise, and multilayered.
Taste
Medium- to full-bodied with incredible tension, energy, and mineral structure.
There are notes of citrus, green apple, white peach, chalk, salinity, and subtle smoky tones. The texture is creamy, yet the wine remains distinctly linear and fresh.
White Bones is known for its exceptional combination of concentration, acidity, and minerality, often reminiscent of great wines from Chablis or the Côte de Beaune.
Finish
An exceptionally long, mineral, and precise finish with persistent notes of citrus, chalk, wet stone, salinity, and subtle oak. The finish remains incredibly clean and energetic.
